There are many reasons to start a watch brand but one I’m particularly drawn to is the desire to represent ones culture through watch design. Ianuarius Richie Watches hails from Indonesia and has the lofty goal of becoming Indonesia’s first luxury watch brand.

What makes a great Kickstarter watch? Many will tell you it’s simply a case of good marketing but it certainly doesn’t hurt to have a good design. Well the Tenero Automatic has design in spades.

Every watch project needs a good hook to get me interested and the View by Caliper Timepieces has a great one!
